Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fee once submitted cannot be refunded; you can only reschedule the exam after paying the rescheduling fees, if applicable.

A refund is only allowed in case of excess payment made or an exam cancelled by ITB due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Indian Testing Board (ITB) is the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)- approved national board for India. ITB is responsible for the "ISTQB-Certified-Tester" Certification in India.
